FRIGI-TECH TOP-COAT – An Acrylic white coating with nearly 400% elongation. Ideal for metal, built-up roofs with good drainage, shingles and all types of walls. Produces a tough washable coat that reduces dirt pick-up and stays cool with ceramic ingredient.

FRIGI-TECH PRIMER – 100% acrylic, Elastomeric roof mastic formulated to exhibit hi-adhesion and flexibility. For use over most types of roof and wall surfaces. Recommended for use on all foam roofs.

FRIGI-TECH ASPHALT PRIMER - Modified Elastomeric Asphalt formulated for built-up roofs and for dealing with problem surfaces on metal and concrete roofs. Has tremendous adhesion with over 2000% elongation. Neoprene has been added to this product for greater strength.

FRIGI-TECH TOPCOAT II – All of the qualities of Top-Coat original with the added ability to resist standing water conditions. To be used on all surfaces in area that experience high humidity. Can reduce heat gain as efficiently as 7 inches of conventional insulation.

POLYESTER MEMBRANE – A spun bound and woven 100% polyester fabric, which is embedded into the basecoat to prevent extreme movement by greatly increasing the tensile strength of the system.

ELASTOMERIC JOINT CAULK – A caulking compound for the repair of cracks in various substrates on roofs and walls. It is a brush grade, single component caulking and when cured, forms a tough flexile membrane that seals out water. This compound has 500% elongation.
